Recipe ingredients
- Marinade:
- 2/3 cup (160 mL) grapefruit juice*
- 3 Tbsp. (45 mL) hoisin sauce
- 2 Tbsp. (30 mL) brown sugar
- 1 Tbsp. (15 mL) sesame oil
- 1 tsp. (5 mL) Chinese five-spice blend
- 1 lime, juice and zest
- 4 fresh walleye fillets
Preparation
In a shallow dish, mix marinade ingredients. Add fillets and refrigerate 1 hr.
Preheat barbecue to medium.
Drain fillets and put them in a lightly oiled grilling basket.
Cook about 3-4 min. per side.
Serve with Brussels sprouts and wild rice.
