- 8 slices hazelnut honey raisin bread
- 4 slices Emmenthal cheese
- 16 thin slices Red Delicious apple
- 8 thin slices Black Forest ham
- Leaf lettuce to taste
Preparation
Spread Dijon mustard and honey on 4 slices of bread.
On each slice, layer cheese, apple, ham and lettuce.
Top another slice of bread.
