Recipe ingredients
- Marinade:
- 1 cup (250 mL) orange juice*
- 3 Tbsp. (45 mL) soya sauce*
- 2 Tbsp. (30 mL) sesame oil
- 1 garlic clove, chopped
- 1 Tbsp. (15 mL) chopped gingerroot
- 1 lb. (450 g) frozen scallops* /b>
- As desired, red onion, red pepper, yellow zucchini and white mushrooms
Preparation
In a bowl, mix marinade ingredients together. Set aside.
Thread scallops and vegetables onto skewers. Put brochettes in a shallow dish and pour marinade over them. Refrigerate 1 hr.
In a skillet, cook brochettes 4-5 min. per side.
