Recipe ingredients
- 3/4 lb. (350 g) crab-flavoured pollock
- 2 Tbsp. (30 mL) each: plain yogurt* and mayonnaise*
- 1/2 tsp. (2 mL) each: onion powder and garlic powder
- 2 tsp. (10 mL) freshly squeezed lime juice
- 3 Tbsp. (45 mL) diced red onion
- 1/2 red pepper, cut into strips
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 4 pieces of baguette, about 6 in. (15 cm) long, split
- Lettuce leaves to taste
- Sliced tomatoes to taste
Preparation
In a bowl, mix pollock, yogurt, mayonnaise, spices, lime juice, red onion, pepper strips, salt and pepper together.
Stuff pieces of baguette with salad and top with lettuce and tomato.
