Recipe ingredients
- 4 pork tournedos
- 2 Tbsp. (30 mL) salted butter *
- Sauce
- 3 kiwis, peeled, cut in chunks
- 3 dried shallots, chopped
- 1/4 cup (60 mL) grape jelly
- 1 Tbsp. (15 mL) fresh chopped marjoram
- 1/4 cup (60 mL) 15% M.F. heavy cream
Preparation
In a blender, put all kiwi sauce ingredients; blend 1 minute. Set aside.
In a frying pan, melt butter; cook tournedos 3 to 4 minutes; brush with kiwi sauce while cooking. Serve.
