Recipe ingredients
- 2 Tbsp. (30 mL) salted butter *
- 4 veal cutlets
- 2 scallions, chopped
- 1 cup (250 mL) canned tangerines, drained
- 1/2 cup (125 mL) white wine
- 2 Tbsp. (30 mL) 1% M.F. sour cream *
- 4 pineapple slices, in chunks
Preparation
In a frying pan, melt butter; cook cutlets over medium heat about 3 minutes on each side. Keep hot.
In the same frying pan, sauté scallions about 3 minutes.
Add tangerins and white wine; let evaporate; add sour cream, stirring constantly.
Add pineapple; cook about 1 minute.
Serve with veal cutlets.
Suggestion
To keep butter from browning, heat with a little olive oil.* We recommend Selection and Irresistibles products.
