Recipe ingredients
- 1 baguette, sliced thin
- 1/2 cup (125 mL) pesto
- 16 dried tomatoes, sliced very thin
- 5 oz. (140 g) Parmegianno Regianno parmesan, shaved
Preparation
Toast sliced baguette in the oven for 5 minutes.
Spread pesto on toasted slices and garnish with dried tomatoes and parmesan.
