Recipe ingredients

  • 4 cups (1 L) cubed peeled potatoes
  • 2 1/2 cups (625 mL) coarsely chopped spinach
  • 3 Tbsp. (45 mL) butter*
  • 1/2 cup (125 mL) milk
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Preparation

In a big pot of boiling salted water, cook potatoes and spinach about 15-18 min.
Drain and purée in a food processor until smooth.
Beat in butter and milk and season to taste.
