Recipe ingredients
- 4 7-in. (18-cm) whole-wheat tortillas*
- 3/4 cup (180 mL) salsa*
- 1 garlic clove, chopped
- 2 shallots, chopped
- 1 green pepper, cut into thin strips
- 6 button mushrooms, sliced
- 1/2 lb. (225 g) goat cheese, crumbled
- 3 Tbsp. (45 mL) shredded fresh basil
- Suff. qty.smoked salmon, cut in pieces
Preparation
Preheat oven to 350°F (180°C).
Place tortillas on a baking sheet.
In a bowl, mix salsa, garlic and shallots together. Divide among 4 tortillas.
Top with green pepper, mushrooms and cheese.
Bake 15 min.
Broil 2 min.
Take tortillas out and add smoked salmon.
Suggestion
Goat cheese can be replaced with ¾ cup (180 mL) of any grated cheese (ex: Monterey Jack, Emmenthal, Cheddar).* We recommend Selection and Irresistibles products.
