Recipe ingredients

  • 1/2 cup (125 ml) freshly squeezed lime juice
  • 3 Tbsp (45 ml) liquid honey, hot*
  • 2 oranges, peeled
  • 1 pink grapefruit, peeled
  • 2 blood oranges, peeled
  • 1 pomegranate
  • Ice cider to taste
  • Sufficient quantity, maple syrop
  • 3 Tbsp (45 ml) fresh mint, chopped

Preparation

In a small bowl, mix the lime juice and honey.
Slice the fruit in rounds. Cut each round in halves or quarters as desired.
In a bowl, place the pieces of fruit and the lime juice, mix delicately.   Add

pomegranate seeds, ice cider and maple syrup.  Mix.
Sprinkle the chopped mint leaves and serve.

Suggestion

For perfect rounds, put the peeled fruit in the freezer compartment for 10 minutes before slicing.
