Recipe ingredients
- 1/2 cup (125 ml) freshly squeezed lime juice
- 3 Tbsp (45 ml) liquid honey, hot*
- 2 oranges, peeled
- 1 pink grapefruit, peeled
- 2 blood oranges, peeled
- 1 pomegranate
- Ice cider to taste
- Sufficient quantity, maple syrop
- 3 Tbsp (45 ml) fresh mint, chopped
Preparation
In a small bowl, mix the lime juice and honey.
Slice the fruit in rounds. Cut each round in halves or quarters as desired.
In a bowl, place the pieces of fruit and the lime juice, mix delicately. Add
pomegranate seeds, ice cider and maple syrup. Mix.
Sprinkle the chopped mint leaves and serve.

Suggestion
