Recipe ingredients
- 1 Tbsp. (15 mL) irresistibles extra virgin olive oil*
- 1 zucchini, cut into 1-in. (2.5-cm) thick slices
- 1 red pepper, cubed
- Mayonnaise
- 1/2 cup (125 mL) KRAFT MAYO Real Mayonnaise
- 1/4 cup (60 mL) sour cream*
- 1/4 cup (60 mL) Irresistibles orange juice*
- 1 Tbsp. (15 mL) chopped fresh basil
- 1/2 tsp. (2 mL) Tabasco sauce
- Freshly ground pepper to taste
- Salad
- 1 head Boston lettuce, shredded
- 2 tomatoes, cut into wedges
- 12 whole pitted black olives*
- 4 hardboiled eggs*, cut into wedges
- 1/2 cup (125 mL) KRAFT grated mozzarella cheese
Preparation
Preheat the oven to "Broil".
Brush cut zucchini and pepper with oil. Broil 3 minutes, each side until vegetables are tender and browned.
In a bowl, mix the mayonnaise ingredients.
In a large glass bowl, arrange lettuce as bottom layer, cover with a middle layer of tomatoes, olives and eggs, and finish with a layer of broiled vegetables.
Add mayonnaise and sprinkle with mozzarella.
