Recipe ingredients

  • Sauce:
  • 1/2 cup (125 mL) plain yogurt
  • 1/3 cup (80 mL) 1% sour cream
  • 1 cup (250 mL) chopped fresh parsley
  • 2 garlic cloves, chopped
  • 4 tsp. (20 mL) chopped fresh dill
  • 2 tsp. (10 mL) each: zest and freshly-squeezed lemon juice
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 2 tsp. (10 mL) each: butter* and Irresistibles extra virgin oil*
  • 8 fresh tilapia fillets

Preparation

In a bowl, combine sauce ingredients. Chill 30 min.
Preheat oven to 400ºF/200ºC.
Place tilapia fillets on a lightly oiled baking sheet. Bake on top rack for 10-12 min. or until fish flakes easily with a fork.
Top fish with creamy lemon sauce.
