Recipe ingredients
- 2 garlic cloves
- 2 cup (500 mL) fresh basil leaves
- 3 tbsp(45 mL) pine nuts
- 1/2 cup (125 mL) grated fresh Parmesan
- 1/2 cup (125 mL) olive oil*
- 1/2 tbs( 2 mL) salt
- 1/4 tbs (1 mL) freshly ground pepper
Preparation
Put garlic, basil, pine nuts,salt and pepper in a food processor.
With machine running, add olive oil slowly, until sauce is smooth. Add cheese.
Season to taste.
