Recipe ingredients
- Marinade:
- 1/3 cup (80 mL) olive oil*
- 1/4 cup (60 mL) orange juice
- 2 Tbsp. (30 mL) soya sauce*
- 1 Tbsp. (15 mL) honey*
- 2 shallots, thinly sliced
- 1 garlic clove, chopped
- Salt and freshly ground pepper to taste
- 4 T-bone steaks
Preparation
In a shallow dish, mix marinade ingredients together.
Add T-bones, turning to coat evenly. Refrigerate 1 hr., turning steaks a few times.
Preheat barbecue to medium-high.
Put steaks on the grill and cook 3-5 min. per side or to desired degree of doneness.
