  • 8 Tour Eiffel European honey-garlic sausages
  • 1 Tbsp. (15 mL) Dijon mustard*
  • 1 cup (250 mL) baby spinach
  • 1 apple, cut into 8 thick slices
  • 3 oz. (90 g) Oka cheese, sliced

Preparation

Preheat barbecue to medium.

Cook sausages in a big pot of boiling water for 5 minutes. Drain and cut in two lengthways.

Brush inside of sausages with Dijon mustard. Stuff with a layer of spinach, then apples and cheese, finishing with another layer of spinach.

Tie sausages up with string and grill 8 minutes or until cheese is hot.

Suggestion

Serve with guacamole and toasted corn tortillas.
