Recipe ingredients
- 4 store-bought salmon brochettes
- Marinade :
- 1/3 cup (80 mL) olive oil*
- 2 Tbsp. (30 mL) sesame seeds
- 2 tsp. (10 mL) Irresistible sesame oil*
- 2 tsp. (10 mL) fresh coriander, chopped
- Juice of 1 lime
- 1 tsp. (5 mL) honey*
- Ground pepper to taste.
Preparation
Grill sesame seeds 1 to 2 minutes at medium-high in an open fry pan.
In a glass dish, combine all marinade ingredients, including roasted sesame seeds. Add salmon brochettes and marinate in the refrigerator for 2 hours.
Preheat barbecue at medium high..
Drain brochettes and place them on the oiled barbecue grill. Cook 3 minutes per side (10 to 12 minutes in all), or until flesh is opaque.
