Recipe ingredients

• 1/4 cup (60 mL) extra virgin olive oil*
• 1/2 cup (125 mL) red wine
• 1/2 cup (125 mL) ketchup*
• 1/2 cup (125 mL) liquid honey* or brown sugar
• 3 Tbsp. (45 mL) soya sauce* or Worcestershire sauce
• 1 Tbsp. (15 mL) Dijon mustard*
• 1 tsp. (5 mL) curry powder
• 1 tsp. (5 mL) coriander
• 1 garlic clove, minced
