Recipe ingredients
- Dressing
- 2 tsp (10 mL) whole grain mustard
- 1 tsp. (5 mL) liquid honey*
- 2 tsp (10 mL) cider vinegar
- 1 Tbsp. (15 mL) olive oil*
- 1/2 tsp. (2 mL) sesame oil
- 1/2 tsp. (2 mL) paprika
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Salad
- 1/2 head chicory, torn into pieces
- 2 eggs*, hard-boiled and quartered
- arugula leaves
- 3 medium cooked beets, peeled and cut into wedges
Preparation
In a small bowl, mix dressing ingredients together.
In a salad bowl, combine all ingredients of salad..
Drizzle with dressing and toss to coat everything. Serve immediately.
Suggestion
