Recipe ingredients

  • 6 cups (1.5 L) tricolour fusili pasta, cooked
  • 2 6-oz. (170-g) cans pale tuna in water*, drained
  • 1 cup (250 mL) cubed Havarti with herbs*
  • 1 cup (250 mL) cubed, seeded cucumber
  • 3/4 cup (180 mL) diced red pepper
  • 1/2 cup (125 mL) kernel corn*
  • Dressing
  • 3/4 cup (180 mL) olive oil*
  • 1/4 cup (60 mL) red wine vinegar*
  • 2 Tbsp. (30 mL) Dijon mustard*
  • 2 Tbsp. (30 mL) chopped fresh oregano
  • 2 Tbsp. (30 mL) chopped fresh parsley
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Preparation

In a bowl, mix dressing ingredients together and set aside. In a large bowl, combine remaining ingredients. Add dressing and toss. Keep refrigerated.
