Recipe ingredients
- 1/2 lb. (227 g) butter*
- 1 1/2 lb. (675 g) brown sugar*
- 1/2 cup (125 mL) SIROPRO maple syrup
- 1 can Eagle brand sweetened condensed milk
- 1 1/2 cups (375 mL) miniature marshmallows*
- 60 miniature cones or 36 baked mini-tart shells*
Preparation
In a saucepan, melt butter over low heat.
Add brown sugar, maple syrup and sweetened condensed milk. Blend thoroughly and cook on medium-high for 5 minutes, stirring frequently. Add marshmallows, stirring until melted.
Fill cones or tart shells and chill in the refrigerator.
Suggestion
Serve plain or decorated with candies or fresh fruit.Perfect for children's parties!
