Recipe ingredients
- 3 Tbsp. (45 mL) sesame oil
- 2 green onions, coarsely chopped
- 1 cup (250 mL) broccoli florets
- 1 lb (450 g) bean sprouts
- 2 carrots, peeled, halved and cut lengthways into very thin slices
- 2 sweet peppers, red and yellow, in strips
- 2 Tbsp. (30 mL) soya sauce*
- Salt and pepper to taste
Preparation
In a wok, heat over medium sesame oil. Cook onions for 1 minute, add broccoli, and carrots. After a few minutes, add other vegetables; they should be crisp. Add soya sauce. Season with salt and pepper.
