Recipe ingredients
- Sauce
- 1/3 cup (80 mL) Dijon mustard*
- 2 Tbsp. (30 mL) honey*
- 2 slices of Pumpernickel bread
- 3 slices of Irresistible * gravlax Atlantic salmon
- Sour cream to taste
- Pear, thinly sliced, to taste
Preparation
Mix the Dijon mustard and honey.
Spread a thin layer of mustard sauce on the Pumpernickel bread.
Add the slices of gravlax salmon.
Cut the sandwich in triangles.
Garnish with sour cream and pear slices.
Suggestion
