Recipe ingredients

  • Sauce
  • 1/3 cup (80 mL) Dijon mustard*
  • 2 Tbsp. (30 mL) honey*
  • 2 slices of Pumpernickel bread
  • 3 slices of Irresistible * gravlax Atlantic salmon
  • Sour cream to taste
  • Pear, thinly sliced, to taste

Preparation

Mix the Dijon mustard and honey.
Spread a thin layer of mustard sauce on the Pumpernickel bread.
Add the slices of gravlax salmon.
Cut the sandwich in triangles.
Garnish with sour cream and pear slices.

Suggestion

Replace Dijon mustard with Meaux mustard for a stronger taste.
