Recipe ingredients
- 1/2 cup (125 mL) sour cream*
- 1/2 cup (125 mL) mayonnaise *
- 1 Tbsp. (15 mL) curry paste or 2 tsp (10 mL) curry powder
- 1 lime, fine zest and juice
- 1 garlic clove, chopped
Preparation
In a bowl, mix all ingredients and refrigerate 30 minutes before serving.
