Recipe ingredients

  • 1-8 oz. (227 g) portobello mushrooms
  • 8.8 oz. (250 g) cream cheese spread*
  • 1/2 cup (125 mL) dried tomato and oregano salad dressing*
  • Salt and freshly ground pepper to taste

Preparation

In a food processor, finely chop the mushrooms. Add the remaining ingredients, then mix again. Serve with puffed wheat crackers* or with raw vegetables. For a change, simply vary the mushroom variety.

Suggestion

Empty and stuff red or yellow cherry tomatoes with dip.
