Recipe ingredients

  • 4 slices of boned leg of lamb
  • Salt and white pepper to taste
  • Marinade
  • 1/2 cup (125 mL) extra virgin olive oil*
  • 1/4 cup (60 mL) white wine
  • 1 tsp. (5 mL) fresh thyme, chopped
  • 1 tsp. (5 mL) fresh rosemary, chopped
  • 1 tsp. (5 mL) fresh oregano, chopped

Preparation

Mix all the ingredients for the marinade.
Brush slices of lamb with marinade.
Let stand 15 minutes at room temperature.
Preheat barbecue at medium-high.
Barbecue slices of lamb 2 to 4 minutes each side.
Season.
