Recipe ingredients
- 4 garlic bulbs
- 2 Tbsp (30 mL) extra virgin olive oil*
- Salt to taste
Preparation
Preheat barbecue to medium.
Cut to top of each bulb to expose the cloves.
Brush with oil, add salt.
Oil a sheet of aluminum foil, place bulbs and close.
Grill covered about 45 minutes.
