Recipe ingredients
- 11.5-oz. (341-mL) can baby corn*
- 6 mini bocconcini cheeses
- 1 cup (250 mL) julienned carrots
- 2 tsp. (10 mL) Dijon mustard*
- 1 Tbsp. (15 mL) mayonnaise*
- 1/4 cup (60 mL) plain yogurt
- 2 cups (500 mL)flaked crab-flavoured pollock*
Preparation
Cut baby corn into pieces.
Cut mini bocconcini in two.
In a bowl, mix all ingredients together.
Serve with 12-grain bread.
