Recipe ingredients
- 2 English muffins*
- 1/4 cup (60 mL) Pizza sauce*
- 8 slices pepperoni*
- 1/3 cup (80 mL) sliced white mushrooms
- 4 slices mozzarella*
Preparation
Split muffins in two.
Spread pizza sauce on four half muffins.
Top two halves with pepperoni slices.
Cover pepperoni with sliced mushrooms.
Add cheese.
Top with remaining half muffins and serve.
