Recipe ingredients
- 1 cup (250 mL) sugar
- 1/4 cup (60 mL) water
- 2 cups (500 mL) cherry tomatoes
Preparation
In a kettle, bring to a boil the sugar and water and cook over medium-high heat to obtain a light golden brown caramel.
Add the cherry tomatoes carefully to the caramel.
Cook over low heat about 2 hours, set aside.
