Recipe ingredients
- 1 lb. (450 g) ground lamb
- 2 scallions, chopped
- 2 tsp. (10 mL) fresh chopped parsley
- 1 tsp. (5 mL) cumin
- 2 cloves garlic, chopped
- Tabasco sauce to taste
- 2 leaves fresh chopped mint
- Salt and pepper to taste
Preparation
Preheat the barbecue to medium.
In a glass bowl, mix all the ingredients and shape about 8 meatballs.
Thread the meatballs on brochettes and grill about 6 to 10 minutes, turning from time to time.
