Recipe ingredients

  • 1 lb. (450 g) ground lamb
  • 2 scallions, chopped
  • 2 tsp. (10 mL) fresh chopped parsley
  • 1 tsp. (5 mL) cumin
  • 2 cloves garlic, chopped
  • Tabasco sauce to taste
  • 2 leaves fresh chopped mint
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Preparation

Preheat the barbecue to medium.
In a glass bowl, mix all the ingredients and shape about 8 meatballs.
Thread the meatballs on brochettes and grill about 6 to 10 minutes, turning from time to time.

Suggestion

Brush meatballs with olive oil before cooking to keep from sticking to the barbecue grill.
