Recipe ingredients
- 1 bunch watercress
- Dressing
- 2 Tbsp. (30 mL) light mayonnaise
- 1 Tbsp. (15 mL) raspberry vinegar
- Salt to taste
- 1 tsp. (5 mL) pink pepper
- Garnish with raspberry and caramelized apples
Preparation
Wash watercress under cold running water, cutting off large stems. Spin and pat dry. Divide watercress among 4 plates.
In a small bowl, whisk mayonnaise and raspberry vinegar together. Salt to taste. Pour over watercress.
Sprinkle with pink pepper.
Suggestion
