Broiled Peaches with Dark Chocolate

Recipe ingredients
- 1 28-oz. (796-mL) can sliced peaches, in unsweetened juice, drained
- 3 Tbsp. (45 mL) country-style table cream*
- 3 egg yolks
- 3 Tbsp. (45 mL) sugar
- 1 1/2 oz. (squares) of unsweetened chocolate
- 3 Tbsp. (45 mL) milk
Preparation
In 4 plates, arrange peach slices in flower formation.
In a pan, heat cream, egg yolks and sugar over low heat, stirring constantly, until sauce thickens (about 15 minutes). Spoon 2 Tbsp. (30 mL) over each peach flower. Broil a few seconds to brown.
Melt chocolate and milk together in the microwave. Pour over broiled peaches.
Suggestion
