Recipe ingredients
- 4 scoops of vanilla ice cream
- 1 cup (250 mL) hot fresh coffee
- 1 cup (250 mL) whipped cream
- 1 Tbsp. (15 mL) chocolate shavings
- Biscotti
Preparation
In a large coupe, place 2 scoops of ice cream. Add half of coffee and then half whipped cream.
Decorate with chocolate shavings and biscotti. Repeat for second dish.
