Recipe ingredients
- 4 x 5 to 6 oz (150 to180g) top sirloin steaks
- 4 oyster mushrooms
- Sauce
- 2 Tbsp. (30 mL) Irresistible balsamic vinegar*
- 2 Tbsp. (30 mL) Irresistible extra virgin olive oil*
- 1 red onion, chopped
- 30 mL (2 Tbsp.) horseradish
- 30 mL (2 Tbsp.) maple syrup*
- To taste salt and pepper
Preparation
Preheat the barbecue to medium.
In a glass bowl, combine all the basting sauce ingredients.
Coat steaks and oyster mushrooms with the basting sauce.
Cook the steaks 3 to 4 minutes on each side.
Cook oyster mushrooms about 2 minutes.
Suggestion
