Recipe ingredients
- 2 plain or whole wheat English muffins
- 1 tbsp (15 mL) butter
- 1/4 cup (50 mL) mixed berries, raspberry or strawberry jam
- 4 oz (120 g) Canadian Brie
Preparation
Toast English muffin halves, butter each half and evenly spread with jam.
Top with Canadian Brie cheese.
Suggestion
Variation:For a change of taste use Canadian Fontina, Havarti or Brick.
