Recipe ingredients
- Sufficient quantity of butter and oil*
- 1 bulb of fennel, thinly sliced
- 4 tsp. (20 mL) shallots, chopped
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 1 tsp. (5 mL) fennel seeds, crushed
Preparation
In a frying pan, over low heat, melt the butter and oil.
Add all the ingredients and cook covered 10 to 15 minutes.
Add a little water if necessary.
