Recipe ingredients
- 3/4 lb. (350 g) brook trout filets
- 7 oz. (200 g) Atlantic salmon Gravlax *
- 1/4 cup shallots, chopped
- 5 tsp. (25 mL) Dijon mustard*
- 2 Tbsp. (30 mL) fresh dill, chopped
- 1 Tbsp. (15 mL) lime juice
- 5 tsp. (25 mL) olive oil
- Salt and pepper or butter to taste
Preparation
With a knife, chop the 2 fish separately.
Mix with the remaining ingredients.
Make 4 portions in the shape of a circle and let stand at least 2 hours.
In a frying pan, cook in butter 3 to 5 minutes each side.
The fish may also be chopped in a food processor using successive “start” and “stop” movements.
