Recipe ingredients
- 4 x 5 to 6 oz (150 to 180 g) top sirloin steaks
- Coriander and green pepper butter
- 1/2 cup (125 mL) butter*
- 3 chopped scallions
- 2 cloves garlic, chopped
- 1/2 cup (125 mL) chopped green pepper
- 1/4 cup (60 mL) chopped fresh coriander
- 2 tsp. (10 mL) lemon juice
- 1 lime zest
- To taste salt
Preparation
In a glass bowl, mix all butter ingredients. Roll mixture in plastic wrap and put in the freezer 1 hour.
Preheat the barbecue to medium.
Oil steaks and cook 3 to 4 minutes per side.
Top each steak with a slice of coriander and green pepper butter.
