Fresh-fruit papillotines and chocolate

Recipe ingredients
- 4 cups (1 L) fresh fruit, cubed
- 6 Tbsp. (90 mL) semi-sweet chocolate chips
- 2 tsp. (10 mL) butter8
Preparation
Heat the oven to 300ºF / 160ºC.
Spread the fruit on 6 sheets of tin foil or baking parchment 12 in. x 8 in. (30 cm x 20 cm).
Add 1 tablespoon (15 mL) of chocolate chips to each fruit preparation.
Sprinkle with a few knobs of butter.
Close the tin foil strips tightly.
Place on a cookie sheet and cook for about 10 minutes or until the chocolate melts.
