Recipe ingredients
- 1/3 cup (75 mL) plain yogurt
- 1/3 cup (75 mL) mayonnaise
- 2 Tbsp. (30 mL) lemon juice
- 1/2 tsp. (2 mL) paprika
- Salt and freshly ground pepper
- 3 cups (750 mL) broccoli florets
- 1 1/2 cups (375 mL) cooked chicken breast, cut into strips
- 1/3 cup (75 mL) thinly sliced red onion
- 1 1/2 cups (375 mL) cherry tomato halves
- 1 cup (250 mL) shredded firm cheese Au Village Fleurs d'ail
Preparation
In a large salad bowl, stir together yogurt, mayonnaise, lemon juice and paprika. Salt and pepper generously. Add remaining ingredients, toss well and let stand for a few minutes before serving with fresh bread or toasted pita points.
Suggestion
Use cauliflower instead of broccoli, or half and half.* We recommend Selection and Irresistibles products.
