Recipe ingredients
- 4 x 200 g ( 4 x 7 oz) Red Grill Angus beef striploin steaks
- 1/3 cup (80 ml) Irresistibles Dijon mustard *
- 2 Tbsp. (30 ml) tomato and basil flavoured oil
- 2 Tbsp. (30 ml) Irresistibles coriander seeds*, crushed
- Salt and pepper to taste
Preparation
Place the 4 striploin steaks on a work surface.
In a small bowl, mix the mustard, oil and coriander seeds.
Spread the preparation on both sides of the meat with a brush.
Put the meat in the refrigerator for 5-8 min.
In the meantime, preheat the grill or the barbecue to maximum.
When the grill or barbecue is hot, deposit the meat and reduce the heat to medium-high.
Cook 2 to 3 min. on each side or according to the desired degree of cooking.
Serve immediately with a salad and your favourite vegetables.
