Recipe ingredients
- 1 lb. (450 g) Golden potatoes
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Nutmeg* to taste
- 3 Tbsp. (45 mL) butter*
- 2 egg yolks*
Preparation
Peel potatoes. Rinse and cut into large cubes.
Cook in boiling salted water until soft enough to mash.
Mash with a potato masher until smooth.
Add butter, egg yolks and seasonings.
Transfer mixture to a pastry bag and pipe into rosettes.
