Recipe ingredients
- 4 pork tournedos, 3/4 to 1 in. (2 to 2.5 cm)
- Sauce
- 3 Tbsp. (45 mL) extra virgin olive oil*
- 2 cloves garlic, chopped
- 2 tsp. (10 mL) dry mustard*
- 1 Tbsp. (15 mL) sugar*
- 1 Tbsp. (15 mL) white vinegar*
- 2 dry shallots, chopped
- 2 tsp. (10 mL) fresh chopped thyme
- Salt and pepper to taste
Preparation
Preheat the barbecue to medium.
In a glass bowl, combine all marinade ingredients.
Brush tournedos with sauce.
Grill tournedos about 3 to 6 minutes on each side.
Brush tournedos with sauce during cooking.
Suggestion
For a tarter sauce, add juice of 1 fresh lemon.* We recommend Selection and Irresistibles products.
