Recipe ingredients
- 1/2 red bell pepper cut in strips
- 1/2 green bell pepper cut in strips
- 1 zucchini, slices
- 1/2 red onion cut in quarters
- Sufficient quantity, Irresistibles extra virgin olive oil*
- 1 Irresistibles Ciabatta baguette*
- 300 g (10 oz) Red Grill Angus cooked roast beef, slices
- 90 mL (6 Tbsp.) Cattleman or Bull’s Eye BBQ sauce
- Garnish lettuce and black and green olives*
Preparation
Grilled vegetables.
On the barbecue, place the bell peppers, zucchini and red onion on the grill and cook them at the highest heat until they are brown.
Put the vegetables in a salad bowl and add a drizzle of olive oil. Season to taste and mix well. Let them cool.
Garnish the baguette with the slices of roast beef, spread BBQ sauce on the meat, divide up the cooled vegetables, arrange lettuce leaves.
