Recipe ingredients
- ½ cup (125 mL) frozen raspberries
- 1/3 cup (80 mL) sugar*
- 1 frozen Chocolate Swirl cheesecake*
- Blueberries and ground cherries
Preparation
Raspberry coulis
Thaw raspberries in microwave, drain and reserve juice.
Combine sugar with raspberries in a bowl, and purée. Strain through a fine sieve for a smooth coulis.
Thaw cake according to package instructions.
Cut cake and serve encircled with coulis and garnished with fruit.
