Recipe ingredients
- 3 lamb chops, trimmed
- 2 Tbsp. (30 mL) olive oil
- 1 tsp. (5 mL) grated fresh ginger
- 2 Tbsp. (30 mL) goat cheese
- Salt and pepper to taste
Preparation
Baste the chops lightly with the oil.
Preheat the barbecue to high.
Grill the chops 2 to 3 minutes per side.
Cover and continue cooking for 5-6 minutes, or in the oven at 400ºF (200ºC).
Garnish with the ginger and cheese and grill uncovered. • Season to taste.
Remove from the grill and serve right away.
