Recipe ingredients
- 1 lb.(450 g) Red Grill Angus ground beef
- A few drops tabasco sauce
- A few drops worcestershire sauce
- 1 egg*
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 2 tbsp. (30 mL) vegetable oil*
- 3 tbsp. (45 mL) flour*
- 2 cups (500 mL) beef broth*, warmed
- Sufficient quantity, egg noodles, cooked
Preparation
Place the ground meat in a large bowl.
Add the Tabasco and Worcestershre sauces and mix well.
Add the whole egg, season; mix the meat well for 2 minutes
Shape into small meatballs.
In a frying pan, heat the oil over medium-high heat.
Add the meat balls and sear on all sides for 2-3 minutes.
Add the flour and mix quickly.
Add the warmed beef broth and mix gently so that the meatballs do not fall apart.
Season to taste and let simmer for 4 minutes.
Serve on a bed of egg noodles.
