Recipe ingredients
- 1 fresh oyster
- 1 tsp. (5 mL) calvados
- 1 tsp. (5 mL) apple sherbet or granité
- 1 tsp. (5 mL) extremely finely diced (brunoise) McIntosh apple
Preparation
Scrub oyster under cold running water (do not soak).
Shuck oyster with an oyster knife, cutting the muscle to remove the top shell.
Scoop oyster from its shells into a shooter glass.
Add calvados, sherbet or granite.
Garnish with brunoise.
