Recipe ingredients

  • 2 cups (500 mL) plain yoghurt
  • 1/4 cup (60 mL) oil, preferably olive
  • 2 cloves garlic, chopped
  • 2 tsp. (10 mL) chopped herbs, parsley, oregano, etc.
  • Pinch of pepper to taste

Preparation

Whisk the yoghurt and blend in the remaining ingredients.
Marinate a variety of vegetables.
Cut your favourite vegetables in cubes and cook on an oiled grill.
