Recipe ingredients
- 2 cups (500 mL) 15% old-fashioned table cream
- 6 oz. (180 g) white chocolate chopped
- FROSTING
- 1/3 cup (80 mL) milk
- 3 oz (90 g) semi-sweet chocolate, coarsely chopped
- 2 Tbsp. (30 mL) soft butter
Preparation
Heat the cream over low heat and add, little by little, the chocolate, stirring gently until it melts.
FROSTING:
Heat the milk and add the chocolate gradually, stirring well.
Add the butter and mix well.
